The project “Lakes of Albania: promotion of sustainable and responsible tourism models for the inclusive development of communities” (AID 012590/02/1), financed by the Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development (AICS), is currently under implementation by the Italian NGOs, COSV and VIS, from August 2022 till August 2025, in Albania. Kallipolis APS is a project partner.

The action intends to promote innovative models of sustainable and responsible tourism in the areas related to the two main lakes of Albania – Lake Shkoder and Lake Pogradec/Ohrid – as opposed to models of invasive tourism and development in strong expansion throughout the Albanian territory, in order to contribute to an inclusive economic growth of Albania.

We are seeking an illustrator expert in participatory design to create two graphic novels based on two tales developed by the children from the two project areas. Each graphic novel must include elements created in collaboration with the kids involved in two workshops that will take place in Shkoder and Pogradec (Albania).
